SD ASSIST was founded in 2016 with a clear vision and a strong sense of responsibility: to offer every driver travelling across Europe, Greece, the Balkans and Turkey not just technical breakdown cover, but a genuine support experience in their own language, delivered by people who truly understand their needs. What began as a small operation has grown into a comprehensive network of 1,526 partner companies (including 700+ authorised technicians) across 35 countries. We serve families, business travellers, corporate fleet managers, logistics companies and anyone who values having a trusted partner on the road.

After the Covid-19 pandemic, cross-border road traffic in and around Europe grew sharply. SD ASSIST anticipated that growth and expanded its operational capacity along the busiest international corridors — exactly where drivers break down most often. We operate a strong service network across Turkey, Greece, Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Serbia and Romania, throughout the rest of the Balkans and across Europe. Our operations centres in Brussels, Istanbul, Frankfurt and Athens coordinate multilingual teams available 24/7 in Dutch, French, German, English and Turkish. Our service philosophy is straightforward: when a member calls, the person they speak to treats them as an individual — not a case number.
